Sales & Policies

All items that are sold are sold “as-is” “where-is” with no warranty.

We have a public inspection day which is posted and we encourage all prospective buyers to inspect the items and the condition prior to bidding on them. If unable to attend the inspection, please contact us with any questions prior to bidding.

Koster Industries and its affiliates will do their best to describe any item with photos; however, it is up to the bidder to do their own due diligence prior to bidding.

Refunds will only be given when an item is missing. No refunds will be given for any item misrepresented by either description, weight or measure.

Sales adjustments will be considered and approved on a case by case basis upon investigation of the incident and will be submitted back to the buyer by check.

Sales tax will be added to an invoice automatically and will only be removed upon submission of a tax exemption document and be automatically refunded to the buyer.

Overpayments will be automatically refunded to the buyer.

Koster Industries Inc. is not responsible for any damages that may occur by a 3rd party vendor including trucking companies, riggers, movers, shippers, etc. Once the buyer or vendor starts moving or dismantling any items, they become 100% liable for any and all damages.

Full payment of invoices is required prior to removal. We will not allow removal of any item with partial payments.

Non-payment of invoices will be subject to a negative rating for non-payment and any lot won will be re-sold or disposed of.

Posted last day of removal, unless otherwise noted or other arrangements have been made with our office, are subject to loss without refund.
